YKSLYekw-Nr 0.6/1 kV is a flexible, shielded cable designed for use in power control, protection, and automation systems. It performs reliably in industrial installations, production lines, and HVAC equipment. Its construction provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, which is critical for the precise operation of automation systems.

These cables feature high flexibility and mechanical durability, simplifying installation and ensuring long-term operation even under harsh conditions. They are suitable for both fixed installations and moving connections within buildings. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath is oil-resistant, expanding the cable’s application range.

Construction and Properties

The cable construction consists of multi-strand, twisted copper conductors of Class 5 (zinc-coating available on request). Each conductor is insulated with black PVC featuring a white number print for easy identification. The twisted cores are wrapped in a polyester tape and then shielded by a laminated foil-metal layer combined with a grounding conductor made of tinned copper. The entire assembly is covered with a black PVC sheath (rubber-grade PVC), available in other colors upon request.

Note: Special versions are available upon order:

• Oil-resistant version (YKSLYekw-Nr-O): Designed for environments exposed to petroleum-based substances (e.g., fuel stations).
• Enhanced flame-retardant version (YnKSLYekw-Nr): Complies with PN-EN 60332-3 standard for limiting flame propagation.
• Outdoor installation version (YvKSLYekw-Nr): Features reinforced PVC sheath resistant to weather conditions and mechanical damage.
