Construction and properties

The YKSLYekw-Nr cable is characterized by a flexible construction with multi-wire copper conductors, which facilitates its installation and laying even in tight spaces. The conductors are insulated with black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with white numbering printing, which makes it easier to identify individual wires. A common static screen made of laminated metal foil effectively protects against electromagnetic interference from both external sources and prevents the emission of interference generated by the cable itself. This is particularly important in industrial environments exposed to strong electromagnetic fields.

The YKSLYekw-Nr 0.6/1 kV cable has 5 conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm². It is designed to operate in installations with a voltage of 0.6/1 kV. Thanks to its properties, it can be used for both fixed installations and movable connections inside buildings. Additionally, a version of the cable with increased resistance to petroleum products (marking -O), a version with increased fire resistance (marking Yn), and a reinforced outer jacket (marking Yv) are available. Choosing the appropriate version allows you to adapt the cable to the specific requirements of a given application.
