This black signal cable YKSY-Nr 0.6/1 kV with seven cores of 2.5 mm² cross-section is a solid solution for a wide range of applications in power engineering, automation and control. Construction and properties

The cable consists of seven single-wire copper cores, each insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material. The cores are twisted in layers in the center, which is additionally wrapped with a polyester tape to increase strength. The whole is surrounded by a black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheathing, providing protection against external factors. It is worth paying attention to the precise printing of white numbers on the core insulation – this facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation and service. Additionally, a version with a green-yellow protective core placed in the outer layer (YKSYżo-Nr 0.6/1 kV) is available.
