Signal cable YKSYFty-Nr 0.6/1 kV – reliability and durability in every circuit
This signal cable, marked as YKSYFty-Nr 0.6/1 kV, is a robust solution for signal transmission in various industrial applications and electrical installations. Manufactured from high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation and long service life. Designed for permanent installation in cable ducts, industrial equipment, and production lines.
Construction and properties
The YKSYFty-Nr cable features a meticulous construction that guarantees strength and resistance to damage. Solid copper conductors (Class 1, compliant with PN-EN 60228) are insulated with special polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Conductor insulation colors comply with standards – brown for the metering conductor, blue for the directional conductor, and other conductors in various colors (excluding green, yellow, brown, and blue). In cables with an earth conductor, it is marked with green-yellow and positioned in the outer layer. Conductors are arranged in parallel twist to form the cable core. Additionally, the cable includes a galvanized or lacquered steel tape armor to protect against mechanical damage. The outer sheath is made of UV-resistant PVC, with a uniform black PVC coating.
Application and parameters
This cable is ideal for control, safety, and instrumentation systems, as well as for power transmission in moderate climates. The rated voltage is 0.6/1 kV. Suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C. Minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter – this must be considered during installation to avoid internal conductor damage.
For a cable with cross-section 14x1.0 mm², the approximate outer diameter is 19.7 mm, and the approximate mass is 662 kg/km. These critical details assist installers in planning cable routes and calculating structural loads.
