The YKSYFty cable is an advanced solution for signal transmission in demanding industrial conditions and fixed installations. Equipped with copper conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and a durable outer jacket, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Designed for laying in cable ducts, industrial equipment and production lines, it is ideal for control, safety and monitoring systems.

This 27-core cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is particularly recommended for applications where resistance to external factors and high connection reliability are required. The construction with a galvanized steel tape (Ft) provides additional protection against mechanical damage, making it an ideal choice for installations exposed to loads.

Construction and properties

The key to the high functionality of the YKSYFty cable is its carefully designed construction. Copper conductors of class 1, according to PN-EN 60228, guarantee excellent conductivity and minimize signal loss. Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) provides effective protection against moisture and electrical damage. The insulation colors are carefully marked – brown for the counter conductor, blue for the directional conductor and the remaining conductors in various colors (excluding green, yellow, brown and blue). In cables with a protective conductor, the latter is clearly marked in green and yellow and placed in the outer layer. The possibility of digital marking of individual conductors facilitates identification and servicing of the installation. Parallel twisted conductors in the core minimize electromagnetic interference.

Additionally, the cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures from -30°C to +70°C and a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV. The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces.
