Signal cable YKSYFty – reliability and durability in signal transmission

The YKSYFty cable is an advanced solution for transmitting signals in various industrial applications and electrical installations. The cable's construction, with copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm² and a number of 61, ensures stable and secure connections. Made of high-quality materials, this cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions, guaranteeing long-term reliability.

Construction and properties

A key element of the YKSYFty cable is its multi-layer construction. The copper conductors, made of class 1 wire (according to PN-EN 60228), are insulated with special polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides excellent dielectric properties and resistance to damage. The insulation colors of the conductors are carefully marked – brown for the meter conductor, blue for the direction conductor, and the remaining conductors have various colors (excluding green, yellow, brown and blue). In cables with a protective conductor, this is marked in green and yellow and placed in the outer layer. Digital marking of individual conductors is also possible to facilitate identification. Twisted parallel conductors form the cable core, which is additionally protected by a galvanized or lacquered steel tape (depending on the cable version) – an armor protecting against mechanical damage. The sheath made of special polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is resistant to UV radiation, making the cable ideal for outdoor applications. The whole is surrounded by a coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in black color.

This cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV and an operating temperature from -30°C to +70°C. The minimum bending radius is 10 times the cable diameter, which makes installation easier even in tight spaces.
