Tehalit.LF cable duct is a practical and aesthetic solution for safely routing cables inside buildings. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. This duct with dimensions of 60x110 mm is ideal for use in offices, homes, commercial buildings and anywhere where organized and aesthetic cable routing is required. It not only protects cables from damage, but also facilitates their subsequent servicing and modifications.

Design and functionality

The Tehalit.LF duct is characterized by a well-thought-out design that simplifies installation and provides flexibility in configuration. It is equipped with three movable partitions, which allows you to adjust the internal space to individual needs. In addition, the presence of cable clips stabilizes the cables inside the duct, preventing them from moving. The perforated bottom allows for easy mounting of the duct to the substrate. This allows installers to quickly and efficiently implement projects, and end-users to enjoy a safe and organized electrical installation.

It is worth noting the high degree of protection IP40 – it protects against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm, which increases safety. Impact resistance IK07 confirms its mechanical strength. The useful cross-section of 5460 mm² allows for the free routing of a large number of cables. The duct is supplied with connectors, which simplifies the process of joining successive sections. Protective film protects the surface from scratches during transport and installation.

Specification and application

The duct is made of PVC in white color (RAL 9016), which provides an aesthetic appearance and the ability to match different interiors. This material is also characterized by good chemical and thermal resistance – the operating temperature range is from -5 to 60°C. Compliance with safety standards guarantees the correct functioning of the electrical installation for a long time. Although it is not suitable for functional integrity according to DIN4102-12, it works perfectly in standard electrical installation applications. The length of the duct is 2000 mm, which makes it easy to adapt it to specific design needs.
