Tehalit.LFF Cable Trunking – a solid and functional solution

Tehalit.LFF is a cable trunking made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), designed for safe and aesthetic routing of electrical cables. Thanks to its dimensions of 60x90 mm, this trunking offers sufficient space for most standard installations, both in residential and commercial buildings. The white color provides a discreet appearance that is easy to match to the surroundings.

The trunking is equipped with connectors, which simplifies and speeds up installation and ensures the stability of the entire structure. Additionally, the presence of cable clips allows for secure fastening of cables inside the trunking, minimizing the risk of their displacement and damage. Protective film protects the surface of the trunking from scratches during transport and installation.

Construction and properties

The Tehalit.LFF trunking is characterized by a solid construction and resistance to mechanical damage (impact resistance IK07). Its material – PVC – provides good electrical insulation and resistance to moisture and many chemicals. The operating temperature range of -5 to 60°C guarantees reliable operation under typical operating conditions. The useful cross-section of 4550 mm² allows for the free routing of a larger number of cables.

Perforated bottom facilitates mounting the trunking to the substrate, and the lack of fixed partitions provides flexibility in arranging the internal space. One movable partition allows for segregation of cables with different voltages or purposes. The degree of protection IP40 provides basic protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm, which is sufficient in most indoor applications. The trunking does not have self-extinguishing properties (does not meet E30/E90 standards) or antibacterial properties. "Loose" execution means the absence of additional stiffening or cover fixing elements.
