Connection of Copper Piping to Radiator Valves

The TGACR003 adapter is designed for safe and leak-tight connection of 15 mm diameter copper pipes to thermostatic, regulating, or shut-off valves with an internal thread of 24x19. This component is essential in installations made of copper where the radiator connection requires a different type of joint, such as a threaded one.

The kit includes: a rubber seal, a brass ring, a compression ring, and a nut — everything needed for installation without additional components. Installation is simple: the nut compresses the compression ring onto the copper pipe, while the seal ensures tightness at the connection with the valve thread.

Why It Works

Copper is a popular material in heating installations — easy to work with and resistant to corrosion. However, radiator valves often feature an internal thread of 24x19, which does not directly fit copper pipes. The TGACR003 adapter resolves this incompatibility without the need for brazing or soldering. There is no need to modify the installation — simply tighten the adapter and connect the valve.

The chrome-plated finish not only provides an aesthetic appearance but also increases resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion in humid environments, such as bathrooms or kitchens.
