Professional branch connector for electrical installations

The HLAK-35-1/6ZI main conductor terminal is a professional solution for branching electrical circuits in domestic and industrial installations. The device enables the secure connection of one main conductor with a cross-section of 10-35 mm² to six branches with a cross-section of 1,5-25 mm², providing a rated current of 130 A at an AC voltage of 400V.

Construction and materials

The terminal body is made of high-quality brass (tin-plated), while the galvanized steel mounting screws ensure durable electrical connections. The insulating housing is made of impact and flame-resistant polyamide, which guarantees user safety and long-term protection against external conditions.

The device complies with the DIN-VDE 0603-2 standard requirements for main conductor branches and holds a VDE certificate, confirming the highest safety standards. The design provides protection against finger contact (IP20) and features rounded edges for additional installation safety.

Application and compatibility

The terminal is mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail according to EN 50022/EN 60715 standards, allowing for easy installation in electrical distribution boards and measuring cabinets. It supports various types of conductors:

• Single-core and multi-core conductors
• Fine-stranded flexible conductors (with ferrules)
• Aluminum conductors (single-core only)

The conductor stripping length is 25 mm, and the tightening torque is 3,5 Nm for the input and 2,5 Nm for the outputs. Each connection features two mounting screws with a Pozidriv Z2 combined slot.

Operating parameters and safety

The device operates in overvoltage category III with an insulation voltage of 1000 V AC/DC, ensuring effective protection even during strong network disturbances. The pollution degree is 2 (typical for distribution boards), and the operating temperature is adapted to standard installation conditions.

The device dimensions are 33×37,3×53 mm (width×height×depth), making it a compact solution that occupies minimal space in the distribution board. All materials are RoHS compliant, and production processes meet environmental protection requirements.

The housing color is light gray (RAL 7035), while the cover is available in three color variants: light gray (RAL 7035), green-yellow (RAL 6018), or light blue (RAL 5012).
