PLC Controller with Built-in HMI Panel

This compact device combines the functionality of a PLC controller and an HMI operator panel with a 7-inch color touchscreen. The IP66 protection rating makes the controller resistant to harsh industrial conditions and ideal for applications where direct operation and process visualization are required.

Communication and Expansion

The controller offers extensive communication capabilities, including a USB port, CANbus, and two configurable RS232/485 ports supporting Modbus Master/Slave. Additionally, the V700-T20BJ model has a built-in Ethernet port, enabling integration with industrial networks and remote data access. The ability to expand functionality through SNAP modules mounted on the back of the device and EX-A2X or EX-RC1 adapters allows the controller to be tailored to specific application needs. Thanks to the adapters, the number of inputs/outputs can be increased by up to 128 points, or up to 60 EX-RC1 adapters can be connected.

Mounting and Application

The controller can be mounted on a panel (IP66) or on a DIN rail (IP20), providing flexibility in selecting the installation location. It is a versatile solution for various applications in industrial automation where reliability, intuitive operation, and real-time process monitoring are required. The use of a color touchscreen facilitates data visualization and interaction with the system, which translates into work efficiency and minimization of downtime.
