The SM35-J-T20 controller is a versatile device combining the functions of a PLC controller and an operator panel with a 3.5-inch color LCD screen. This is an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications where compactness, ease of programming and minimization of wiring are important. The device offers 10 digital inputs, 2 universal inputs and 8 transistor outputs, providing flexibility in configuration and adaptation to specific needs.

Flexibility and configuration options

The controller stands out for the ability to configure digital inputs. Selected inputs can function as fast counter inputs or encoder inputs, expanding the range of applications. Additionally, two universal inputs allow for measuring analog signals or using them as additional digital inputs. Transistor outputs enable control of various actuators, such as valves, motors or lamps.

Mounting and wiring

Mounting the controller is simple and intuitive - the device is designed for panel mounting in a cutout with dimensions of 92x92 mm. It is important to maintain adequate ventilation (minimum 10 mm of free space from the top and bottom edges) and to separate the controller from high-voltage power cables and power supplies. Wiring requires the use of wires with a cross-section of 26-12 AWG and screw terminals. It is important to observe safety regulations during wiring, in particular avoiding touching wires connected to the power supply and using shielding in the case of analog inputs. The controller is powered by an external 24 VDC power supply with double insulation and short-circuit protection.
