This versatile PLC controller integrated with a 4.3-inch touchscreen HMI panel is an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial automation applications. Functionality and Capabilities

The controller offers a rich set of inputs and outputs, allowing connection of various sensors, actuators and other devices. It has 12 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs (0-10V, 0/4-20mA), 4 transistor outputs, 4 relay outputs and 2 analog outputs (0-10V, 4-20mA). Additionally, 4 transistor outputs are available. This makes it possible to control various elements of the installation, from simple devices to complex systems.

The built-in HMI panel with a touchscreen provides intuitive operation and process visualization. It allows monitoring of operating parameters, making changes to settings and diagnosing any problems. The TFT LCD display with a resolution of 480x272 pixels (QVGA) offers good readability even in difficult lighting conditions.

The controller supports Modbus Master/Slave protocol via RS232/485 ports, enabling integration with other devices in an industrial network. Optionally, its communication capabilities can be extended with CANbus or Ethernet. The built-in micro SD card slot (from 1 GB to 32 GB) allows for storing data, programs and configurations.

Construction and Technical Parameters

The device is characterized by a solid construction and a high degree of protection IP66 when panel mounted – which guarantees reliable operation even in demanding industrial conditions. The controller is powered by 24VDC, and a CR2450N battery provides memory backup for approximately 7 years (at 25°C). The device's memory allows storing up to 8192 coils, 4096 registers, and supports trends and alarms. The controller is programmed using the free Visilogic software available on the Unitronics website.
