Construction and properties

Ecoflex Thermo Single pipes are characterized by a multi-layer construction that combines the advantages of different materials. The inner pipe made of PE-Xa ensures resistance to high temperatures (up to 80°C continuous operation and 90°C short-term) and a working pressure of up to 6 bar. PE-X foam acts as thermal insulation, reducing energy losses to a value of 0.04 W/(m.K). The outer jacket made of corrugated HDPE provides mechanical protection and allows for compensation of the pipe's thermal expansion.
