These pipes are characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates routing in difficult conditions and minimizes the need for additional fittings. The use of PE-X foam as insulation provides excellent thermal properties, reducing heat loss and lowering operating costs.

Construction and properties

ECOFLEX Thermo Twin pipes are designed for reliability and durability. Made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa), they are characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE provides additional protection against external factors and facilitates the identification of individual pipes in the installation. A thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.04 W/(m.K) guarantees effective thermal insulation, and a maximum operating temperature of 80°C (short-term up to 90°C) allows for use in a wide range of applications. The pipes have sleeves, which facilitate tight and durable connections.
