Double pre-insulated pipe ECOFLEX Thermo Twin is a comprehensive solution for efficient heat and cool transport in central heating and cooling systems. The pipe is made of high-strength cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa), and the PE-X foam insulation ensures minimal heat loss and stable medium temperature. The corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE protects the pipe from mechanical damage and facilitates laying in difficult conditions.

ECOFLEX Thermo Twin pipes are intended for use in district heating networks, building connections, low-temperature installations, biogas plants and cooling networks. Thanks to their high flexibility, the pipes can be easily adapted to complex installation routes, minimizing the number of connections. The use of PE-X foam as insulation provides an exceptionally low thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.04 W/(m.K), which translates into significant energy savings. These pipes comply with the PN-EN 15632 standard, guaranteeing their high quality and safety. The maximum continuous operating temperature is 80°C, and the short-term 90°C, allowing their use in various heating and cooling applications.
