Uponor Ecoflex Varia Twin pipe is a ready-made solution for efficient heat and cool transport in heating and cooling systems. The "Twin" construction combines the supply and return pipes in a single jacket, simplifying installation and minimizing energy losses. Designed for underground installation, it ensures the reliability and durability of the installation for years to come.

Construction and properties

The pipe consists of several key elements that provide its unique properties:

• Inner pipe (conduit): Made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa), resistant to high temperatures and mechanical damage. White color facilitates identification.
• Insulation: Durable PE-X closed-cell foam, minimizing heat loss and ensuring high energy efficiency. Thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.04 W/(m.K).
• Protective pipe: Corrugated pipe made of polyethylene (HDPE), providing resistance to external loads and flexibility for easy installation.
• Central profile: Colored profile (blue/red) makes it easier to distinguish between supply and return pipes during installation, minimizing the risk of errors.

Thanks to the materials used, the pipe is characterized by high flexibility – the minimum bending radius is 900 mm – allowing easy bypassing of obstacles during installation. It is also resistant to corrosion and weathering.

Application and parameters

Ecoflex Varia Twin pipe is designed for the transport of heating and cooling water in underground and indoor networks. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 15632 standard, which guarantees its high quality and safety of use.
