Construction and Properties

The pipe features a three-layer construction, utilizing cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) for the inner and outer layers, with an EVOH barrier layer in between. This combination of materials ensures exceptional resistance to high temperatures, pressure, and oxygen diffusion – a critical factor for maintaining system performance over many years. The EVOH layer acts as an anti-diffusion barrier, preventing oxygen from entering the system and protecting metal components from corrosion, thereby extending the entire system’s lifespan.
