Design and application

This 90° elbow with a diameter of 25 mm is designed to connect pipes in the S-Press Plus system. It utilizes crimp connection technology, which minimizes the risk of errors during installation and ensures a secure connection without the need for welding or gluing. This makes the installation faster, cleaner and more efficient. The optimized body shape improves medium flow, and the steel crimp sleeve with inspection hole facilitates quality control of the connection.

• Drinking water: Safe for use in drinking water installations, maintaining a constant operating temperature from 0°C to 70°C with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. Short-term temperature can reach up to 95°C.
• Heating: It will also work in heating systems where the operating temperature does not exceed 80°C at a pressure of 10 bar. The maximum permissible short-term temperature is 100°C.
• Compatibility: Fully compatible with Uni Pipe PLUS/MLC pipes with a diameter of 25 mm and with other components of the Uponor S-Press Plus system.
• Quality indicators: Equipped with a unique crimp execution indicator, leak test indicator and easy diameter identification – all to ensure the highest connection quality.
