The Uponor Smatrix Wave Pulse Starter Kit is a comprehensive solution for wireless temperature control in rooms with underfloor heating or cooling. The system combines advanced technology, user comfort and remote control capabilities, making it an ideal choice for both installers and end users. This is a ready-to-use package with a basic system configuration that can be easily expanded.

Functionality and possibilities

This kit allows you to create an intelligent heating system that automatically optimizes energy consumption and provides high thermal comfort. The autobalance function ensures even heat distribution throughout the house, and the ability to control underfloor heating and cooling, as well as ceiling cooling adjustment, increases system flexibility. Control is electronic, and the system supports up to 6 room thermostats and 8 actuators (24V) per controller. Additionally, the kit has pump and boiler relays and relative humidity control.

The integrated heat pump module (in the X-165 model) and the ability to clone data, log, create backups and update via a micro SD card (also in X-165) are additional features that make system management easier. Thanks to compatibility with the Uponor Smatrix Wave Pulse X-265 6X controller, you can create an expanded system tailored to individual needs.

Connectivity and remote control

Smatrix Wave Pulse offers local (Wi-Fi) or remote access (requires an internet connection) via the Uponor Smatrix Pulse app (with R-208). If local Wi-Fi is not available, a temporary Wi-Fi access point is available for direct access. The system enables intelligent integration with home automation systems (Amazon Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT), control of multiple installations/homes, and access to remote technical support (with user consent). Historical trend analysis in the Uponor Smatrix Pulse app allows for optimization of energy consumption and keeping the system in optimal condition.
