Universal brass connector for pre-insulated systems

Brass Wipex double-sided connector, designed for connecting pipes in pre-insulated Ecoflex systems and other popular Uponor piping systems (Thermo, Varia, Aqua, Quattro, Supra, Supra PLUS and Supra Standard). Made of corrosion-resistant and dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) according to DIN EN ISO 6509, it ensures a durable and reliable connection.

The connector is dedicated to hot and cold water networks and low-parameter heating installations.

Design and application

The Wipex connector is characterized by a simple construction, which facilitates installation. The O-ring seal between the body and the modules guarantees a leak-proof connection without the need for additional sealants. Stainless steel screws and brass nuts and washers provide corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The connector with a diameter of 40 mm and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar is perfect for domestic and industrial installations. It can be used for screwed connections of PE and PE-Xa pipes with a cylindrical external thread.
