Double-sided connector for pre-insulated systems

This Wipex brass double-sided connector, designed for connecting pipes with a diameter of 25x3.5 mm, is a key element of Ecoflex pre-insulated systems. Made of corrosion-resistant and dezincification alloyed brass (DZR), it provides a durable and reliable connection in hot and cold water installations and low-parameter heating networks. The connector operates at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and is characterized by a wall thickness of 3.5 mm.

Design and application

The Wipex connector is designed to connect PE and PE-Xa pipes, offering quick and easy installation thanks to the O-ring seal. It is compatible with popular piping systems Thermo, Varia, Aqua, Quattro, Supra, Supra PLUS and Supra Standard. Its simple construction makes it ideal for connecting screwed pipes with a cylindrical external thread. The maximum operating temperature of the connector is 95°C.
