Comprehensive solution for heating and cooling – Vaillant flexoTHERM ground source heat pump

This kit is a ready-made solution for efficient heating, cooling and domestic hot water preparation, utilizing energy stored in the ground. The system is based on the Vaillant VWF 117/4 flexoTHERM ground source heat pump with a power of 8.8 kW, powered by 400 V, and is an investment in comfort and savings. The kit also includes the sensoCOMFORT VRC 720 controller, the VIH RW300/3BR hot water tank and the VWZ NC 11/4 passive cooling module.

Efficiency and performance

The VWF 117/4 heat pump is characterized by high COP (Coefficient of Performance) values, which translates to low operating costs. At a temperature of 10/35°C, it achieves a COP of 5.22, and at 0/35°C – 4.77. Thanks to this, the system provides efficient heating even in difficult weather conditions. The COPd (Coefficient of Performance) at a temperature of 7°C is 4.3, which confirms the high efficiency of the device in accordance with the ErP directive. The heating power of the pump at temperatures of 10/35°C and 0/35°C is 12.88 kW and 11.18 kW, respectively.

Comfort of use and control

The sensoCOMFORT VRC 720 controller allows precise control of the system operation, optimizing energy consumption and ensuring thermal comfort in every room. The remote control function allows you to control settings from anywhere, increasing ease of use. The integrated cooling function allows you to enjoy air conditioning comfort on hot days.

Construction and application

The system is designed to work with a lower (ground) source with an open circuit (groundwater). The use of R410A refrigerant ensures high efficiency. The kit also includes the VIH RW300/3BR hot water tank, which guarantees constant access to domestic hot water at the right temperature. The VWZ NC 11/4 passive cooling module further increases the system's efficiency in cooling mode. The whole is enclosed in a housing with dimensions of 600 x 595 x 1183 mm and weighs 175 kg. The maximum working pressure in the upper and lower circuits is 3 bar.
