The motor with a power of 2.2 kW (at 400 V) ensures an efficiency of approximately 12 090 m³/h, allowing for rapid air exchange even in spacious facilities. It is worth noting the direction of airflow – in this model, air moves from the impeller to the motor (HB), which is important when planning the ventilation system and pollutant extraction. The device is designed to operate with a medium at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C, making it a universal solution not only for general ventilation but also for systems requiring resistance to thermal fluctuations.
Construction and Environmental Resistance
The solid construction of this fan is based on an impeller made of aluminum sheet, which has undergone dynamic balancing in accordance with ISO 1940-1 standard. This ensures quiet and stable operation of the device, while minimizing the risk of mechanical vibrations – which is crucial for the longevity of both the fan itself and the duct system components. The housing has been protected against corrosion through cathodic electrocoating (primer) and a polyester coating, increasing resistance to moisture and aggressive chemical factors occurring, for example, in breeding facilities or workshops.
The IP 65 protection level and insulation class F guarantee safe motor operation even in environments with increased humidity or presence of dust. Connection elements made of stainless steel further enhance the structure's resistance to rusting. This fan is also compatible with frequency regulation (for three-phase motors), allowing precise adjustment of efficiency to current ventilation needs without the need to replace the entire device.
