Axial fan TCBT 4 710/LB ducted, aluminum impeller 41520345
Product Features
- Axial duct fan TCBT 4 710/H – high performance for industrial ventilation systems
The fan is designed for installation in ventilation ducts in horizontal or vertical positions, with airflow from the impeller to the motor (HB). Applications include general ventilation of production halls, warehouses, distribution centers, parking lots, commercial premises, and breeding facilities—where constant and efficient air exchange is required.
The impeller is made of aluminum sheet, dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940-1, ensuring stable operation at high speeds without vibration. The steel casing is protected by a cathodic primer coating and a polyester topcoat—providing corrosion protection in humid or aggressive environments. Fastening and mounting elements are made of stainless steel—requiring no additional maintenance.
The three-phase motor 230/400 V, 50 Hz, with a power of 10.6 kW operates at a speed of 1460 rpm. Protection class IP55 and insulation class F guarantee resistance to dust, moisture, and overheating—crucial for industrial conditions. The fan handles the temperature of the discharged medium from -40°C to +70°C—allowing its use in both winter halls and locations with high thermal loads.
Performance at 26 420 m³/h at a static pressure of 73 Pa corresponds to the point of maximum efficiency—ideal for moving large air volumes through long or constricted ducts. Installation is simple: electrical connection (requires a 4.0 kW inverter) and mounting to a duct with a diameter of 710 mm. Casing dimensions (C=380 mm) are identical for versions L and H—the difference between them concerns only the aerodynamic characteristics, not the mechanical construction.
Does not include filters or moving parts other than the impeller. Operates without the need for frequent servicing—only motor condition and duct cleanliness need to be checked. Version H (High pressure) has a better pressure characteristic than L, but does not have a greater casing depth—both versions share the same mechanical construction.
