The TCBT 4 800/HB axial duct fan is designed for general ventilation of industrial and utility premises – such as warehouses, distribution centers, workshops, production halls, parking areas, or commercial spaces. Its construction allows for horizontal or vertical mounting, facilitating adaptation to various installation layouts.

The impeller, made of aluminum sheet, is dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940-1 – ensuring stable operation at high speeds and minimizing vibrations, which is crucial for long-term use in industrial environments. Airflow occurs from the impeller toward the motor (designation HB), protecting the motor from direct exposure to contaminants – advantageous in environments with dust, moisture, or other pollutants.

The housing, made of steel sheet, is protected by cathodic electrocoating and a polyester layer – providing corrosion resistance even in humid or aggressive conditions. The IP55 protection rating ensures resistance to dust and water spray, making the fan suitable for applications in areas with moderate hazard levels.

The three-phase motor (230/400V) has insulation class F – guaranteeing resistance to elevated temperatures inside the housing. This model does not support voltage regulation but is compatible with frequency regulation – an ideal solution where performance adaptation to changing conditions is required (e.g., reducing speed during nighttime hours).

The temperature of the discharged medium can range from -40°C to +70°C – a significant range covering not only standard industrial halls but also locations with extreme temperature fluctuations, such as pigsties or refrigerated warehouses.

The airflow capacity is 7688 m³/h at a noise level of 78 dB(A). Dimensions are matched to ducts with a diameter of Ø800 mm – installation requires minimal adaptation when replacing older units. Junction boxes and standard mounting holes facilitate installation.
