The TCBT 6 355/HB fan is a solution for facilities requiring constant, reliable general ventilation – without the need for complex systems. Its design allows for both horizontal and vertical mounting, facilitating integration with existing ducts or ventilation openings in halls, warehouses, or garages.

The impeller, made of aluminum sheet, is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940-1 – ensuring stable operation at high speeds and minimal vibration levels. Airflow occurs from the impeller to the motor (HB), protecting the motor from direct exposure to contaminated air and enabling operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C – ideal for industrial premises where extreme temperatures may occur.

The housing, made of steel sheet, is protected by a two-stage cataphoretic coating and polyester paint – providing corrosion resistance even in humid or aggressive environments, such as poultry houses, pigsties, or workshops. The junction box mounted on the housing enables quick connection to ducts without additional components.

The three-phase motor (230/400V 50Hz) has an IP65 protection rating and insulation class F – ensuring resistance to dust and water jets, as well as high durability during prolonged operation. Frequency regulation capability (via inverter) allows performance adjustment to current needs – e.g., reducing speed at night or during low-load conditions.

The fan does not require special mounting conditions. There is no need for additional dampers or acoustic insulation – its design inherently ensures stability and low noise levels for the 630–710 mm class. For example: in a warehouse with an area of 2000 m², a single such fan is sufficient for air exchange every 15–20 minutes under full load.
