Application and Operation

The TCBT 6 400/HB axial fan is designed for continuous general ventilation of industrial and utility premises – ranging from warehouses and storage facilities, through workshops and production halls, to parking areas, commercial spaces, and pigsties. Its construction with airflow from the impeller to the motor (HB) enables safe operation in environments with high medium temperatures – from -40°C to +40°C. This is crucial for locations where air may be heated by equipment or solar exposure, such as halls with thermal processes.

Construction and Reliability

The impeller, made of aluminum sheet and dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940-1, ensures stable operation at high speeds and minimizes vibrations. The housing is protected against corrosion thanks to cathodic electrocoating and a polyester layer – significantly extending service life in aggressive conditions such as humidity, dust, or chemicals. Stainless steel fastening elements further enhance resistance to external conditions. The three-phase motor (230/400V 50Hz) has an IP54 protection rating and insulation class F – meaning resistance to dust and water droplets, as well as thermal stability under prolonged load.

Installation is simple – the fan is ready for direct connection to a duct or wall mounting. Frequency regulation (via inverter) allows adjustment of performance to current ventilation needs without the need to replace the unit. High efficiency with low power consumption (0.4 kW at 2970 m³/h) reduces operating costs. Acoustic emission (approx. 49 dB(A)) does not interfere in environments where comfort is important – for example, in halls with personnel or near work zones.
