The device is characterized by a specific flow direction – from the impeller to the motor (designation HB), which affects the cooling of the drive and the distribution of aerodynamic forces. This solution is adapted for operation with a medium at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C (for models with diameters of 450–630 mm), allowing installation in systems requiring resistance to thermal fluctuations, e.g., in underground garage ventilation or industrial rooms with thermal processes.

Construction and Resistance to External Conditions

A key element of this fan's construction is the impeller made of aluminum sheet, which has undergone dynamic balancing in accordance with ISO 1940-1 standard. Such precision of manufacture minimizes vibrations during operation, resulting in quieter device performance and extended bearing life. The fan housing is protected against corrosion via cathodic painting with a primer layer and a polyester coating, while connecting elements are made of stainless steel. Thanks to this, the device can be installed in locations with increased humidity or in industrial environments where aggressive vapors are present.

The TCBT version also allows for speed regulation via an inverter (frequency regulation), providing flexibility in adjusting performance to current ventilation needs without the need to replace the entire unit. For this specific model, key operating parameters include a rotational speed of approximately 950 rpm and a maximum flow rate reaching 13,610 m³/h with a power consumption of around 2.7 kW. The static pressure generated by the device is approximately 38.5 Pa, and the noise level during operation hovers around 62 dB(A). These values indicate high efficiency while maintaining an acceptable acoustic level for industrial facilities.

Installation and System Integration

Installation of the TCBT 6 630/LB fan requires consideration of its dimensions and airflow direction when designing ventilation ducts. The device is intended for duct mounting, meaning direct connection to ventilation pipes of appropriate diameter (in this case, close to the impeller dimension). Due to the three-phase power supply, the electrical installation must be performed in accordance with safety principles for industrial equipment, with appropriate short-circuit and motor overload protection.

It is worth noting that this model is not intended for voltage regulation (unlike some single-phase versions) but works optimally with inverters with power matched to the current draw (in this case, a 1.5 kW inverter is suggested). This allows precise control of airflow intensity depending on the time of day or technological needs in the hall or warehouse.
