The TCBT 6 710/HB axial fan is designed for general ventilation of large industrial and utility spaces. Construction and Durability

The impeller, made of aluminum sheet, is dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940-1 – ensuring stable operation at high speeds and minimizing vibrations. The steel sheet housing is protected against corrosion through cataphoretic painting and a polyester coating – crucial for long-term reliability in humid or aggressive environments. Airflow occurs from the impeller toward the motor (designation HB), protecting the motor from direct exposure to contaminated air – particularly important in halls with dust, dirt, or fumes.

Motor and Operating Conditions

The three-phase motor (230/400V 50Hz) ensures stable operation in industrial installations. IP65 protection class and insulation class F make the fan resistant to dust, moisture, and short-term precipitation – safe even in outdoor conditions or in rooms with high humidity. The temperature of the discharged air can reach up to +70°C – enabling use in locations with high heat levels, such as areas where machines or technological processes generate significant heat. The motor supports frequency control – allowing performance adjustment to current ventilation needs.
