The TCBT 4 315/HB axial fan is a device dedicated to duct installations where efficient air exchange in large spaces is crucial. Its construction allows for horizontal or vertical mounting, significantly facilitating integration with various ventilation systems in industrial and utility buildings. The unit is suitable for general ventilation of warehouses, production halls, workshops, as well as parking lots and commercial premises. Thanks to its specific flow arrangement (from impeller to motor), this model is optimally suited for circuits requiring stable air circulation with medium static pressure parameters.

It is worth noting the operating temperature range – for this model (series 250-400), the fan can process media at temperatures from -40°C to +40°C. This means it will perform not only in air-conditioned halls but also in unheated rooms or those subject to large thermal fluctuations, such as greenhouses or breeding facilities (poultry houses, pigsties).

Construction and Materials

The durability of the unit is based on carefully selected materials. The impeller is made of aluminum sheet and has undergone dynamic balancing in accordance with ISO 1940-1. This minimizes vibrations during operation, resulting in lower noise levels and longer bearing life. The housing, made of steel sheet, is protected against corrosion by cathodic painting (primer) and polyester coating. Such a solution ensures resistance to moisture and aggressive atmospheric factors occurring in industrial environments. All fastening elements are made of stainless steel, eliminating the risk of rusting at critical mounting points.

The electric motor is a three-phase asynchronous unit (400V supply), which is standard for devices of this capacity in professional installations. The IP 54 protection rating guarantees safe operation in the presence of dust and water splashes, while insulation class F allows operation at elevated winding temperatures. The fan also features a junction box mounted directly on the housing, simplifying electrical installation for installers.

Operational Benefits and Control Options

The device offers flexibility in motor control. For three-phase models, frequency control via an inverter is possible (for this model, an inverter with a power of 0.4 kW is recommended), allowing precise adjustment of capacity to current ventilation needs without the need for continuous starting and stopping of the unit. Voltage control is also possible (with certain exceptions depending on the specific motor type), providing additional options for energy consumption optimization.
