Construction and Operational Safety

The device housing is made of powder-coated steel sheet, providing corrosion resistance and durability under demanding operating conditions. The heating elements are made of stainless steel, which increases their service life and resistance to high temperatures.

Operational safety is guaranteed by a dual overheating protection system:

• Automatic shutdown upon reaching +75°C – the device automatically resumes operation after cooling down.
• Protection with manual reset at +85°C – requires service intervention or user action after detecting a fault or excessively high temperature.

This two-stage protection minimizes the risk of installation damage or fire in the event of airflow disturbances.

Installation Conditions and Key Features

The device requires a three-phase power supply of 3x400 V, which is standard for heaters of this power rating (6 kW). Inside, there are 3 heating elements with a total power of 6 kW (3 x 2 kW). Installation is performed directly in a round duct with a diameter of 400 mm, facilitating integration with existing ventilation infrastructure without the need for additional transitions or reducers.
