The fan can be installed directly into a cut-out in the window pane – this requires no modification of the wall structure, making it ideal for replacement in existing buildings or installation in terraced houses. Alternatively, wall mounting is equally simple – the device requires no additional ducts or pipes; only a properly sized opening is needed.

Airflow-blocking shutter – thermal insulation and prevention of backflow

The integrated shutter automatically closes when the fan is switched off, blocking external airflow. This means: no cold air enters in winter, no moisture or odors penetrate from the ventilation duct when the system is not operating. No additional valves or dampers are required – everything is built-in.

Single-phase 230V motor, Class II protection, IP X4 – safe and moisture-resistant

The motor operates at 230V, 50Hz – compatible with standard household wiring. Class II protection against electric shock means no grounding is required; simply plug into a socket. The IP X4 protection rating (listed as IP44 in documentation) ensures resistance to water splashes – ideal for bathrooms where humidity and condensation are normal.

Two operating speeds – flexible ventilation according to needs

The HV 230 A version (catalog number 40021060) is a two-speed supply-and-exhaust model. Operation at the lower speed is sufficient for daily ventilation, while switching to the higher speed allows rapid removal of steam after bathing. The supply function enables simultaneous intake of fresh air during exhaust – eliminating the need to install two separate units.

Noise level of 37–43 dB(A) – quiet during everyday use

At low speed, noise drops to approximately 37 dB(A) – comparable to a whisper. At high speed, it does not exceed 43 dB(A), which is acceptable for bathrooms: it does not disturb conversation or sleep, yet effectively removes steam.

Dimensions and weight – easy transport and installation

The device weighs 3.5 kg – easy to lift and hold during installation. There are no heavy metal components; the housing is made of plastic – corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

Control via CR-300 wall switch (sold separately)

Version A allows control via a standard wall switch (CR-300), which is not included in the package. This provides full control: speed selection without the need for a remote or pull cord. The installer can adapt the control to the existing electrical installation.
