Brass manifold for heating – a reliable element of the installation

This 12-circuit brass manifold is a key component in underfloor and radiator heating systems. Made of high-quality CW617N brass, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, which translates into a long service life of the entire installation. It is a complete set, ready for mounting in a manifold cabinet, designed for both professional installers and users who value comfort and efficiency.

This manifold works perfectly with installations powered by various heat sources, including heat pumps and condensing boilers. The ability to freely configure and expand components allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of each investment.

Construction and functionality

The set includes two brass bars – supply and return – equipped with the necessary elements for the proper functioning of the system:

• Flow meters: Allow precise flow regulation in each heating circuit, which translates into even heat distribution. The scale on the valves makes it easy to quickly set the appropriate parameters.
• Thermostatic valves: Prepared for mounting thermoelectric heads with M30x1.5 connection, allow independent temperature control in each room.
• Air vent and drain groups: Ensure easy removal of air from the installation and the possibility of draining water if necessary. They are equipped with automatic air vents.
• Brass nipples: Used to connect individual circuits to the manifold.
• Mounting brackets: Facilitate stable mounting of the manifold in the cabinet.

The use of high-quality EPDM gaskets eliminates the need for additional seals during installation, which significantly speeds up the installation process. The manifold is compatible with various types of pipes and hydraulic accessories.

Operating parameters and application

The manifold is designed to operate with water or glycol solution (up to 50% concentration). The maximum working pressure is 6 bar, and the maximum working temperature is 70°C – although the material can withstand 90°C at 10 bar pressure, it is recommended to maintain these parameters for optimal system operation. The lower connection diameter is 1”, and the upper one is ¾”.

It is an ideal solution for both new installations and modernization of existing underfloor and underfloor-radiator heating systems. Thanks to the possibility of independent control of each heating circuit, it allows for significant energy savings and increased comfort of use.
