This 8-port brass manifold is a key element of every central heating system, both for radiator and underfloor heating installations. Made of high-quality CW617N brass, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-term and trouble-free operation. Ready for installation, the swivel fitting simplifies quick integration into an existing installation.

Solid construction and complete equipment

The manifold is supplied with all necessary elements, which greatly simplifies the installation process. The set includes:

• Two brass bars with a diameter of 1”, providing optimal flow of the heating medium.
• Galvanized steel mounting brackets – solid and corrosion-resistant.
• A complete set of 16 shut-off regulating valve inserts, allowing precise flow control in each circuit.
• 16 x 3/4” nipples for PEX 16 eurocone connection – ready to connect to PEX pipes.
• Air vent and drain section – facilitating maintenance and removal of air from the installation.

Optimization of heating system operation

The manifold is designed with efficiency and precision in mind. It is equipped with flow meters with a measurement range of 0-3.5 l/min, which allow accurate monitoring and regulation of the flow in each heating circuit. The maximum working pressure is 6 bar, and the maximum operating temperature is 70°C, making it an ideal solution for most standard heating installations. The possibility of using glycol (up to 50% solution) increases the range of applications of the manifold.
