Pipe made of PP-R polypropylene, designed for the construction of hot and cold water installations and central heating. It is characterized by high resistance to temperature and pressure, ensuring long-lasting and safe use. Made of high-quality polypropylene random copolymer, it guarantees the durability and reliability of connections. It is an element of the PP-R system, which, thanks to its simple assembly and a wide range of fittings, allows for the implementation of various installation solutions.

### Properties and application

VESBO PN16 pipe with a diameter of 63 mm and a wall thickness of 8.6 mm is ideal for use in residential, commercial and industrial construction. It will work both in new installations and during the modernization of existing ones. Thanks to the standardized dimension ratio (SDR) of 7.4, it provides optimal strength parameters. The gray color of the pipe makes it easier to identify in the installation. The coefficient of linear expansion at the level of 0.15 mm/(m.K) should be taken into account when designing installations, especially those with a large length.

VESBO PP-R pipes are regularly tested for outer diameter, wall thickness and ovality, which confirms their compliance with EN ISO 15874-2 and other standards (DIN 8077, DIN 8078, DIN 16962). This gives certainty that the product meets quality and safety requirements.

### Construction and parameters

VESBO PN16 pipe is characterized by a pressure class of PN16, which means its ability to operate at a nominal pressure of up to 16 bar. The nominal diameter of the pipe is DN50, and the outer diameter is 63 mm. The wall thickness (8.6 mm) affects the stiffness of the pipe and its resistance to mechanical and thermal loads. The lack of a socket requires the use of appropriate fittings to connect the pipes to each other or to other installation elements – elbows, tees or connectors. The pipe does not have an anti-diffusion zone or edge chamfering - preparation for welding requires appropriate tools and installer skills.
