VESBO FASER pipe with a fiberglass insert is a modern solution for demanding water and heating installations. It is characterized by high resistance to pressure and temperature, as well as dimensional stability thanks to its composite construction. Designed for central heating systems, domestic hot and cold water installations, and industrial systems. Available in 4-meter lengths, which minimizes the number of connections and the risk of leaks.

Construction and properties

FASER pipe is a three-layer product, combining the advantages of polypropylene (PP-R) with the strength of fiberglass. The fiberglass insert (content 18–20%) stabilizes the pipe, reduces its thermal expansion, and increases its resistance to deformation. This ensures that the pipe retains its properties even at high temperatures and working pressures of up to 20 bar (PN20). Wall thickness of 6.7 mm with an outer diameter of 40 mm provides adequate mechanical strength. The linear expansion coefficient is 0.04 mm/(m.K).

Application and compatibility

VESBO FASER pipes are fully compatible with other elements of the VESBO PP-R system – fittings and accessories, guaranteeing the tightness and safety of the entire installation. SDR6 indicates a thick pipe wall, providing high strength. These pipes are used in both open and closed installations, as well as in underfloor heating. They meet the PN-EN ISO 21003-2:2008 standard for multilayer pipe systems for hot and cold water installations inside buildings. The nominal pipe diameter is DN32.
