VESBO FASER pipe with a fiberglass insert is a modern solution for building water supply and heating installations. It is characterized by high strength and resistance to operating conditions, which translates into long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the system. Made of polypropylene (PP-R) with the addition of fiberglass, it provides dimensional stability and minimal thermal expansion, especially important in installations exposed to temperature changes. Available in 4-meter lengths, it facilitates installation and minimizes the number of connections, and therefore the risk of potential leaks.

Construction and parameters

VESBO FASER SG32-V_ pipe with a nominal diameter of DN25 and an outer diameter of 32 mm, has a wall thickness of 5.4 mm. The standardized dimension ratio (SDR) is 6, which indicates its strength. The pressure class PN20 means the ability to operate at a nominal pressure of 20 bar. The three-layer construction – polypropylene PP-R with a fiberglass insert – stabilizes the pipe, reduces its thermal expansion and increases resistance to deformation. The fiberglass insert accounts for approximately 18-20% of the entire pipe structure. The linear expansion coefficient is 0.04 mm/(m.K).
