VESBO FASER pipe is an advanced solution designed for the construction of central heating and domestic hot water installations. Made of polypropylene (PP-R) reinforced with fiberglass, it combines the advantages of traditional PP-R pipes with additional strength and dimensional stability. The three-layer construction – inner and outer layers of PP-R and a middle layer of PP-R reinforced with fiberglass – ensures reliable and durable connections. The fiberglass reinforcement accounts for approximately 1/3 of the wall thickness, resulting in increased resistance to loads and deformation.

VESBO FASER pipes are characterized by a lower weight compared to aluminum-stabilized pipes, and also eliminate the need to remove the protective layer before welding – which significantly speeds up and simplifies installation. Thanks to the smooth inner surface, these pipes minimize pressure losses and prevent scale build-up, ensuring optimal medium flow. Additionally, the material is physiologically inert and corrosion-resistant, guaranteeing safety for health and long-term operation.

The use of VESBO FASER pipes is not only convenient for the installer but also benefits the end-user. Lower linear expansion compared to standard PP-R pipes translates to lower stress in the installation and reduces the risk of damage caused by temperature changes. These pipes are designed to operate at a pressure of PN16, ensuring safe use in typical domestic and industrial conditions. Nominal diameter DN65 (outer diameter 75mm) and wall thickness 10.3mm guarantee adequate mechanical strength and resistance to damage.
