This VEXVE X steel ball valve, with a nominal diameter of DN10 and a pressure class of PN40, is a reliable solution for applications in water systems where the operating temperature can reach up to 200°C. The construction with an internal BSPT-Rp thread (3/8 inch) on both sides ensures easy and tight installation in existing systems. A reduced bore minimizes pressure loss, and the solid construction guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Construction and characteristic features

The valve is made of P235GH steel (1.0345) for the body and stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 (1.4301) for the ball, which ensures high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The chrome-plated ball further increases its durability and abrasion resistance. The PTFE+C ball seal ensures tightness over a wide range of temperatures and pressures. The stem made of stainless steel X8CrNiS18-9 (1.4305) and the stem seal made of FPM/FKM (fluororubber) guarantee smooth operation and minimize the risk of leaks.

The valve also features practical design solutions:

• Stem seal replaceable: In the event of a leak, the seal can be easily replaced without disassembling the entire valve – saving time and costs.
• Compensated plastic handle: Provides a comfortable grip and precise flow control. Additionally, the handle has a description and product code for quick identification.
