Ball valve VEXVE X – reliability and durability in every respect
The VEXVE X ball valve is a high-class armature element designed for demanding applications in water and industrial systems. Made of stainless steel 316L (1.4404), it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh conditions. The reduced bore design minimizes pressure loss, and the combination of a cylindrical BSPT-Rp (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) internal thread connection with a welding socket ensures versatile installation.
This valve is perfect for both industrial installations and domestic water systems. Its solid construction and precise workmanship translate into trouble-free operation and safety of use. The pressure class PN40 confirms its resistance to high working pressure.
Construction and materials – the key to longevity
The key element of the valve is the ball made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel, which ensures its exceptional resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The PTFE (Teflon) ball seal guarantees tightness and minimizes the risk of leaks. The stem, also made of stainless steel, combined with an FPM/NBR seal, ensures smooth and reliable valve operation for a long time.
It is worth noting the innovative solutions used in the X series valves, such as the possibility of replacing the stem seal without having to disassemble the entire valve – this is a significant saving of time and costs in the event of a failure. The compensated handle made of plastic provides a comfortable grip and confident valve operation, and also has a description and product code for quick identification.
Applications and standards
The VEXVE X valve is used in:
- Water systems – central heating installations, domestic hot and cold water
- Food industry – production processes requiring high hygiene
- Chemical industry – installations transporting chemical media
- Irrigation systems
- Other industrial applications requiring reliable armature
The valve meets the EN 12266-1 standard (sealing class A) and is designed to operate at temperatures from -20°C to +200°C. It should be remembered that below -20°C it is recommended to contact the manufacturer to select the appropriate solution. The valve is not intended for use with steam.
