Balancing ball valve VEXVE, DN100 PN25 flanged, reduced bore 143100/25
Balancing ball valve – reliable flow control
The VEXVE DN100 PN25 balancing ball valve is a key component in heating and cooling systems, designed for precise flow control of the medium. Made of high-quality carbon steel P235GH (1.0345) and equipped with a ball made of stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 (1.4301), it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for operation with water at temperatures up to 200°C, it is a universal solution in many installations.
Construction and materials – a guarantee of long-term operation
This flanged valve is characterized by a reduced bore, which affects its hydraulic properties and allows for accurate flow adjustment. Seals made of FPM (Viton) and PTFE+GF ensure tightness and minimize the risk of leaks. The use of these materials translates into reliability and long device life, reducing costs associated with service and replacement. The body made of carbon steel P235GH is solid and resistant to mechanical loads, which is particularly important in demanding working conditions.
Application and hydraulic parameters
This valve finds application in central heating, air conditioning systems and industrial processes where precise control of the medium flow is required. The Kvs value of 3 indicates its efficiency and ability to regulate flow over a wide range of parameters. The flanged mounting method (EN 1092-1) ensures easy installation and disassembly, as well as a stable connection with the pipeline. Thanks to this, both installers and end-users can count on quick installation and trouble-free operation. The valve is not intended for use with steam.
