VEXVE ball valve for water up to 200°C, DN200 PN16 flanged, reduced bore 103200
Ball valve VEXVE is a reliable solution for flow control in industrial and construction installations. Made of high-quality steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, even in harsh working conditions. This model, with a diameter of DN200 and a nominal pressure of PN16, features a flanged connection method, which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The reduced bore minimizes pressure loss of the flowing medium.
Construction and materials
The valve is designed for long-term operation. The body is made of steel P235GH (1.0345), while the ball is made of stainless steel X5CrNi18-10 (1.4301). The ball seal is based on PTFE+C, which guarantees tightness and minimizes the risk of leaks. The valve stem is made of stainless steel X8CrNiS18-9 (1.4305), providing corrosion and abrasion resistance. The stem seal made of FPM further increases its lifespan.
Application and operating parameters
The VEXVE ball valve is perfect for water systems where reliable flow control is required. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -20°C to +200°C, making it a universal solution for various applications. Leakage class A (EN 12266-1) confirms its high quality and minimal medium loss. Please note that the valve is not intended for use with steam. The valve flanges comply with EN 1092-1, ensuring compatibility with existing installations.
Key features and benefits
