VEXVE ball valve for water up to 200°C, DN250 PN16 flanged, reduced bore, manual gear operator 104251
The Vexve ball valve is a robust solution for water systems, characterized by high corrosion resistance and a wide operating temperature range. Designed for clean media such as water or glycol, it performs excellently in both heating and cooling installations. The reduced bore design minimizes pressure losses, while the manual gearbox ensures simple and reliable operation.
Construction and Materials
The valve body is manufactured from steel, ensuring strength and longevity. The ball, made of stainless steel X2CrNiMo17-12-2 (1.4404), provides excellent sealing and wear resistance. The PTFE+GF ball seal further enhances tightness and minimizes leakage risk. The valve stem is also made of stainless steel X2CrNiMo17-12-2 (1.4404), guaranteeing durability and corrosion resistance. The FPM/NBR stem seal ensures leak-proof performance across a wide temperature range.
Application and Specifications
This valve, with a nominal diameter DN250 and nominal pressure PN16, is designed for flanged installation. The operating temperature range is from -20°C to 200°C, making it a versatile solution for diverse applications. Class A tightness (compliant with EN 12266-1) ensures minimal medium loss and safe system operation. Note: This valve is not intended for use with steam.
The valve is suitable for:
- Central heating systems
- Cooling systems
- Industrial water installations
- Technological processes requiring precise flow control
Thanks to its design and construction materials, the Vexve valve is an investment in a reliable and durable solution for demanding applications.
