The HMI WING EC Wi-Fi controller is not only a touch panel with a clear display, but above all a gateway to intelligent air curtain management. It allows precise setting of operating parameters, programming schedules and monitoring the device status from anywhere.

Functionality and features

• Remote control: Thanks to the WiFi module and the Tuya Smart application (available on Android and iOS), you can control the air curtain from your smartphone, regardless of your location. This is an ideal solution for workshops, production halls or commercial facilities where remote access to the heating system is crucial.
• Intuitive operation: Equipped with a convenient touch keyboard and a backlit screen, the controller provides easy and intuitive operation. Even people without experience in operating such devices will quickly master its functions.
• Advanced programming: The controller offers an advanced calendar of heating periods for each day of the week, allowing you to optimize energy consumption and adapt the curtain's operation to individual needs.
• Cooperation with door sensor: The ability to connect a door sensor (reed switch) allows automatic switching on and off of the curtain depending on the door opening – increasing comfort and saving energy.
• Multifunctionality: The controller allows pre-defined setting of 3 rotational speeds and 3 heating power levels (for curtains with electric heaters).
• Easy configuration: The process of connecting the controller to the mobile application is simple and intuitive – just follow the instructions displayed on the smartphone screen.

Installation and technical parameters

The HMI WING EC Wi-Fi controller is designed for easy installation. It can be mounted on both the wall and the pipe. The device operates on a single-phase 230V AC 50Hz standard and has an IP20 protection class, which ensures safe operation under normal conditions. Its compact dimensions (86 x 86 x 43 mm) allow for discreet installation in any room.

This controller is an improved successor to the popular VOLCANO/WING EC controller and can be used as its replacement. However, please note that it does not have the ability to connect to a BMS system – for this purpose, classic HMI controllers should be used.
