The VTS Wing W100 EC water curtain is an advanced solution providing thermal comfort and cleanliness in rooms with high traffic. The device utilizes a water heat exchanger in combination with a high-performance transverse fan, creating an effective air barrier. This minimizes heat loss in winter and protects against heat in summer, while also limiting the ingress of dust, insects and other contaminants from outside.

Versatile mounting and energy efficiency

The Wing W100 EC curtain is characterized by exceptional mounting flexibility – it can be installed both vertically and horizontally, as well as in a group configuration. The use of an energy-saving EC motor allows for optimization of operating costs while ensuring high performance. The EC motor allows for the creation of an air stream with a range of up to 3.7 meters with a maximum air flow rate of 1850 m³/h. The device's construction stabilizes the airflow, reducing noise levels. A special impeller design increases the range of the air jet by 20% compared to traditional solutions.

Performance and technical parameters

The device achieves a heating power of up to 17 kW, making it an ideal solution for commercial buildings, warehouses, production halls and other spaces requiring effective thermal protection. The water heat exchanger is made of a combination of copper and aluminum, ensuring high heat exchange efficiency. The curtain has a water capacity of 1.6 dm³ and is designed to operate with a maximum working pressure of 1.6 MPa and a heating medium temperature of up to 95°C. The maximum air flow rate is 1850 m³/h and the motor power is 0.2kW. The width of the curtain is 1000 mm.
