3-conductor through terminal 16 mm for Ex e II applications, description on the side and in the middle for TS 35 x 15 and 35 x 7.5 rails, Push-in CAGE CLAMP 16.00 mm grey 2016-1301
Universal through-terminal for safe and efficient connections
This 3-conductor WAGO through-terminal, designed for wires up to 16 mm², is a reliable solution for both professional installers and end-users. It provides quick and secure mounting on TS 35 x 15 and 35 x 7.5 rails, and Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology guarantees a firm connection without the need for tools. The terminal design allows for labeling on the side and in the middle, making it easier to identify wires in the installation.
Safety and certificates
The terminal is designed with safety in mind, as confirmed by its Ex e II explosion-proof design. The V0 flammability class insulating material provides additional protection against the spread of fire. A rated voltage of up to 800 V and a rated current of 76 A make it a suitable component for demanding applications. A required closing plate increases safety.
Installation and application
Mounting on a standard TH-35 mm DIN rail is extremely simple and intuitive. The terminal is ideal for creating electrical installation branches, connecting wires in junction boxes, and building control systems. The width of the terminal is 12 mm, and its dimensions (91.8 mm high and 36.9 mm deep) allow for easy adaptation to existing infrastructure. Spring clamps provide quick and secure connection of solid and stranded wires (with or without ferrules) in the range of 0.5 mm² to 25 mm². Made of durable thermoplastic, it guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation at temperatures up to 105°C.
