Construction and connection technology

The feed-through connector utilizes patented Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology, which enables fast and secure wire connection without the use of tools. The system supports wires with cross-sections of 0.25-4 mm² (AWG 22-12), both solid and stranded with ferrules. The stripping length is 10-12 mm, ensuring optimal electrical contact.

The housing made of polyamide PA66 features a UL94 V0 flammability rating, guaranteeing high thermal and mechanical resistance. The compact design with dimensions of 5.2 × 69.9 × 39.5 mm allows for dense packing in distribution boards.

Electrical parameters and safety

The connector provides a rated voltage of 800V according to IEC standards and a rated current of 24A. In UL/CSA applications, the parameters are 600V/20A respectively. For ATEX applications, the operating voltage is 550V at a current of 22A.

Application and compatibility

The test hole enables safe measurement of electrical parameters without the need to disconnect the circuit. Side and central markings facilitate identification in complex installations.

An operating temperature range of -35°C to +85°C and vibration resistance according to DIN EN railway standards enable use in harsh environmental conditions.
