The 4-wire feed-through terminal block utilizes patented Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology, which enables fast and secure wire connection without the use of tools. The design supports wires with a cross-section of 0.25-4 mm² (AWG 22-12), including both solid and stranded wires with ferrules. The push-in system allows for the direct insertion of solid wires and stranded wires with insulated ferrules - without the need for additional preparation.

The device has been specifically designed for Ex e II applications, meaning it can be installed in explosive zones containing gases and vapors (Zone 1). ATEX and IECEx certification guarantees full safety of use in environments with an increased risk of explosion.

Electrical parameters and safety

The terminal block provides a rated voltage of 800V and a rated current of up to 24A, with the possibility of reaching 32A with an appropriate wire cross-section. The design meets the requirements for overvoltage category III with pollution degree 3, ensuring reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions.

The system features a test hole that allows for safe testing of electrical parameters without the need to disconnect the circuit. This allows the installer to monitor the state of the installation without the risk of interrupting the production process.

Construction and mounting compatibility

The housing, made of high-quality polyamide PA66, provides excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. The material has a flammability rating of UL94 V0, which guarantees self-extinguishing properties in case of contact with a flame.

Compact dimensions (5.2 × 69.9 × 39.5 mm) allow for dense packing on TS 35 × 15 or TS 35 × 7.5 type DIN rails. The side and center marking system allows for precise identification of connections in complex installations.

The device operates in a wide temperature range from -60°C to +105°C, maintaining full functionality even in extreme environmental conditions.
