BIS RapidStrut Universal Mounting Rail System

The BIS RapidStrut 41|M rail is an element of a universal mounting rail system designed for quick and easy mounting of various components – from clamps to complex support structures for pipelines and equipment. Made of galvanized steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, which is crucial for both indoor and outdoor installations. The C-profile with dimensions of 41x41 mm and a thickness of 2 mm, combined with repeatable perforation, provides great flexibility in adapting to specific mounting needs. The rail length is 3 meters.

Design and application

The BIS RapidStrut rail stands out with its well-thought-out design, which facilitates and speeds up installation work. Repeatable perforation maintaining a constant distance from the end of the rail to the first hole allows for precise placement of fixing elements. Additionally, a centimeter scale on the side of the rail facilitates measurement and positioning. Internal edges equipped with "teeth" ensure secure locking of sliding nuts, eliminating the risk of accidental shifting of elements. The rail is compatible with RapidStrut hammer screws, which significantly reduces assembly time.

Safety and compliance with standards

The BIS RapidStrut rail has been tested for fire safety and has a certificate confirming its proper functioning during a fire (E30, E90). Made of steel of a grade different from standard (data from ETIM), it is characterized by an allowable load of up to 0.24 kN. Surface protection by electrolytic/galvanic zinc coating provides corrosion protection. The rail color is RAL 655 (grey). Thanks to this, the product meets high standards of quality and safety, which is particularly important in demanding industrial and construction applications.
